Our Services include but are not limited to….

Full Staging Services- (incl. packing, de-cluttering, storing, re-design of furniture
     and décor).

Updating Services-Incl. Lights-(fixtures, switches, and faceplates), handles-(door,
     cabinets) window treatments, wall paper removal, floor coverings, etc...

Painting Services- Interior and Exterior. (with considerable discounts on paints)

Handyman Services- To complete minor repairs and flaws.

Full thorough cleaning services- incl; whole house, carpet and windows.

Co-ordination of new flooring, countertops and specialized services/repairs.

Optimization of Curb appeal- Center Staged will provide services to clean up and      boost the presentation of the outdoor areas of the home.

Décor rental- We offer the rental of a wide range of Modern Décor items to
     showcase and highlight special characteristics of the home.

Furniture Rental- If the space is vacant or there is a need for; Center Staged will
     choose and co-ordinate the placement of large furniture items.

Storage Options- We co-ordinate drop-off of, packing of and pick-up of P.O.D’s      (portable.on.demand) to store overflow items to be delivered to customers new
     home when they move.
