FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q - My Neighbor had a Stager in last year and before “Staging”- provided him with an additional list of things to fix, update and paint; which left him feeling overwhelmed, how are you different??
A - We are a Home Transformation Service; we take care of it all. Our typical Staging jobs include, updating fixtures, painting, landscaping, minor repairs and new window treatments. And if by chance we can’t do it ourselves, we will co-ordinate the services after receiving at least 2 quotes from our preferred Service Providers. We are not done until the fresh flowers are out for the visits from the potential buyers!

Q - I know all the benefits of Staging and the Transformations are amazing!! But it looks like it would be expensive!!
A - Whether you have a big budget or a small one; everything you do to prepare your home for sale helps. Center Staged works with your budget to maximize your profits. We can work with you or do it all; whatever it takes to make potential buyers fall in love with your home!!

Q - With moving, agents and closing costs, I don’t really need the added cost of Staging; maybe I could do without Staging my home???
A - Of course, no one needs to Stage their home before selling, but with average returns of at least 248%, an average of 3% more profit (on the sale price of home) and a 93% chance of selling in one month or less, It’s an Investment worth making!!—Can you afford NOT to Stage??

Q - I’ve watched the shows on H.G.T.V and have gotten rid of quite a few things, should I bother getting a professional Stager in to help me prepare my home for sale??
A - It’s almost impossible for a home owner to properly prepare their home for sale because- it is their “home” and have gotten so used to the way things are they oversee all those “not so desirable” attributes that Stagers can pin point and re-create. There probably isn't a single house that couldn't benefit from a bit of carefully manipulated Professional Staging-even if it's a simple matter of re-organizing, freshening up and removing clutter. And often, suggestions and changes from professionals can amount to significant increases in the bottom line profit when selling your home.
